Susu Telur Madu Jahe/STMJ (Milk Egg Honey Ginger)

Ingredients

  • 500 ml Fresh milk
  • 3 table of spoon Sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 table of spoon Honey
  • 6 cm Ginger, peeled and crushed
  • 2 pcs Free-range chicken eggs

Directions

  1. Peel and crush the ginger, then roast it until fragrant.
  2. Pour the fresh milk and sweetened condensed milk into a saucepan. Stir until well combined.
  3. Heat the milk mixture, then cut the roasted ginger in half and add it to the milk. Stir continuously to prevent it from boiling.
  4. Separate the egg yolks from the whites, and use only the yolks.
  5. Place the egg yolks into a glass and mix them with the honey.
  6. Strain the hot milk mixture into the glass with the egg yolks and honey while stirring quickly to combine everything evenly.
  7. Enjoy!
